Return Policies

Eligible Returns

You may return a product if it does not meet your expectations, has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or was incorrectly sent to you.

You can return Brush with Grace resources directly to us, provided you bought them directly from us. If your resources were purchased from a reseller, please work with them to handle your returns.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt.

Returned products must be in salable condition. Products that are returned in non-salable condition will not be refunded by Brush with Grace.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return resources that do not meet their expectations. However, customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products, or other issues for which Brush with Grace is responsible.

When you are returning a product, we encourage you to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and secure packaging for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipping process.

Products that are damaged during return shipping will not be refunded by the studio. The customer will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed for the damaged products.

Before Returning a Product

Customers should email Brush with Grace through the “Contact” page of the company website (https://www.brushwithgrace.com/contact-us) to receive a return authorization number and the shipping address for their return.
